When are the membership packages delivered?

Wine club members get 3 yearly shipments. Packages are sent out the first Friday of April, August, and December. Members will receive a reminder email 1 week before packages are shipped. Exact delivery date varies, but members will receive an email containing all shipment information including expected arrival date once their package has shipped.

How can I change or cancel my membership package?

Contact us to change your package options, cancel your membership, or switch membership package at any time. If you’d like to cancel or change an upcoming wine shipment, please do so 48 hours before the shipping date.

What kinds of gifts do club members receive?

We’d like to keep that a surprise as much as possible! They’re just our way of making your package as thoughtful and personalized as possible.

What are the club membership fees?

There are no fees required for club membership. The only costs associated with club membership are the discounted wine prices and shipping fees.

Some events that members receive invitations for also require tickets or entrance fees to attend.

What if I want a specific wine selection for my packages?

We’d be happy to customize your shipment! Contact us and let us know your wine selection preferences, or note the specific wines you’d like delivered within your membership signup form. Please note that we cannot change your wine selections 48 hours before shipping.

How much will my wine package cost?

It depends on the selection of wines within your shipment, taxes, and shipping costs. We will send a reminder email containing the details of your package including total cost and price breakdown at least 1 week before we start shipping. If you have any concerns about your package or need to make changes, please do so 48 hours before shipping begins.
